with your purchase. Don't look for a shopping basket ordering system, as
we really prefer to speak with you on the phone
or, at the very least, through e-mail.
We feel we can service you on a personal level and can often
prevent your purchase of the wrong parts due to mis-diagnosis.
Besides, it would be virtually impossible to list all of the tens of
thousands of part numbers we catalog.

Ordering, Shipping & Billing Policy
PRICE CHANGES - Unfortunately, with inflation and rapid fluctuations
in the international money market, price lists are obsolete before they
can be uploaded, although we do make every attempt to hold prices as
long as possible. However, they do change without notice. Therefore,
on major purchases, we recommend a phone call to confirm prices.
For best service we ship UPS whenever possible. Only U.S. Postal service
can deliver to P.O. Box, Star Route or Rural address. Additionally, mail
shipments are next to impossible to trace and do not include insurance
unless we charge extra. Therefore, please list your complete street
address, with Apt. suite number, and include your zip code. Someone
should be at the receiving address to accept and sign for the delivery.
Perhaps we can ship to you at work or in care of a friend or neighbor.
Overweight or oversize items will be shipped by truck, freight collect.
We will advise you if this becomes necessary. If shipment arrives damaged,
note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading. File a damage claim directly
with the carrier immediately. Retain all boxes and packing for inspection.
An additional handling charge will be added to orders under $25.00 net.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES -
Contact us for permission and instructions before returning any
merchandise (except cores) for any reason. Unless goods
are incorrect or defective there may be a 15% re-stocking charge.
All returns must be shipped prepaid. COD's will be refused.

Cores must be in rebuildable condition and assembled to receive full
refund. Please return cores promptly to ensure availability of the rebuilt
part to the next Jensen owner. It may be you. We reserve the right to
adjust core refunds on units held by customers over 90 days. All returns
must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoices. Refunds will
be made in same manner as original payment, i.e.; check or bank card
SHORTAGES OR ERRORS -
Please notify us of any shortages or incorrect parts immediately so
we may take prompt action. Do not throw away any boxes or packing
material before all parts are accounted for.

but we may wish to phone you.

Please be sure we have your mailing address and work & home
phone numbers on file as well as a full description of your car.
The most convenient way to pre-pay a shipment is with your MasterCard,
Visa, or Discover Card.
Be sure to give us your complete account number, including the 3 or 4
digit security code, and expiration date.
Money orders or cashiers checks are fine if you are sure to allow
a sufficient amount for shipping. Any overpayment will be refunded with
your shipment. Personal checks may delay shipment while we wait for
them to clear your bank. We will also ship COD for certified funds.
Please note that additional charges apply to CODs.
No sales tax is added to orders shipped outside Arizona.
Truck, mail and international shipments must be prepaid. Special orders for
parts not normally stocked require a 50% deposit. Unless you specify otherwise,
any items not in stock will be back-ordered for later shipment.
